The multi-disciplinary team of researchers in Organizational Ethics seeks to develop a new context-specific and dynamic assessment of what organizational traits give rise to and sustain structural misconduct. They collaborate with key regulators in the Netherlands to develop new diagnostic and (self-)regulatory tools to better detect and address risks of negative organizational traits at the earliest possible moment.
